Return & Refund Policy

At MyFashionHub, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, our Return & Refund Policy explains how to return products and receive a refund or exchange.
1. Eligibility for Returns
  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for eligible products.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.

  • Products damaged due to customer misuse or normal wear and tear are not eligible for a return.

2. How to Return an Item

  • Our team will guide you through the return process and provide a return shipping label if applicable.

  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging. Include all accessories, manuals, and tags.

  • Ship the product back to the address provided by our support team.

3. Who Pays for Return Shipping?
  • If the return is due to a wrong item, defective product, or shipping error, we will cover the return shipping cost.

  • If the return is for personal reasons (change of mind, wrong choice, etc.), the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

4. Refund Process
  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.

  • Refunds may take additional time to reflect in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Exchanges
  • Exchanges are available for items that are in stock and meet the return eligibility criteria.

  • Contact our Customer Support to request an exchange, and we will guide you through the process.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned:

  • Products that have been used, damaged, or altered.

  • Items outside the 7-day return window.
